RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Building relationships, receiving referrals and promoting products and sales
• Efficiently resolving customer’s questions and requests
• Working with fellow Marketing, Event Marketing and the Sales Representatives, to integrate campaigns with customer promotions
• Learning product knowledge and providing customers with the necessary information
• Placing and distributing marketing materials and conduct marketing presentations
• Apply knowledge of the product and brand to develop customized marketing strategies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED, some college experience is preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with a marketing or sales environment is required
• Ability to organize time efficiently
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to cross-train and work in other areas
• Great dignity, resolve, and self-motivation

You, along with a group of sales professionals, will go through an exciting and extensive training program at our corporate headquarters. Our trainees participate in everything from team-building activities, sales ride-along, product knowledge assessments, professional presentations, and much more. If you have a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed, we give you everything else you will need to be successful in the field during the training program!
