Capital Vacations Springfield Call Center is seeking to grow their team!  The Call Center Sales Rep is responsible for making outbound calls to families who have inquired about a mini vacation to 1 of 5 locations. The Rep then offers and sells a vacation package to those potential customers based on their needs!

DETAILS: 

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus - limited time offer 
• Monday – Friday set schedule, no weekends required
• Day AND Evening shifts available
• Paid Training + continued training - We pay YOU to be trained!!!!
• BEST pay in the industry- hourly base PLUS advantageous commissions AND daily cash/check spiffs.

EXPERIENCE: Sales experience preferred, but not required

• Performs the job duties assigned and complies with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity

SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday; 9 am - 2:30 pm or 3 pm -8 pm
