Job Description: CCCC is excited to welcome applications for the Clinical and Community Professional Development Program! If you are a recent graduate or early career clinician looking to develop your skills in order to become a successful mental health practitioner in a community-based setting, then APPLY TO THIS PROGRAM TODAY!
We are looking for individuals who are interested in honing the skills to provide community-based, high-quality, and culturally responsive mental health care. If you are accepted into the program, you will receive:
- Weekly supervision with an experienced, independently licensed clinician to support the hours needed to achieve independent licensure
- Bi-weekly group supervision to enhance the learning experience and gain skills from multi-disciplinary clinicians
- Bi-weekly didactic training modules on the clinical and administrative topics that are imperative to building a successful private practice
- Cohort social events and volunteer opportunities to build community with other CCPDP clinicians
- Advanced year licensure preparation to support achieving independent licensure
- A welcoming community culture with 60+ clinicians with over 30 years of interdisciplinary experience for collaboration and peer consultation
- The opportunity to learn from multiple disciplines, including Psychologists, Social Workers, Professional Counselors, and Marriage & Family Therapists
