Responsibilities:
Coordinate deal servicing and transaction management needs, including:
- Underwrite, evaluate, and forecast an asset’s financial performance, cash flow trends, and pro forma with current and projected based assumptions
- Generate original content, text, and graphs for client deliverables
- Compile information for the creation of marketing campaigns for the sale of multi-family assets
- Assist with deal servicing and execution
- Research and write high-level industry narratives about market and economic conditions, asset classes and operational performance, and market statistics and analysis to be used in client and firm deliverables
- Contribute to local market thought leadership by providing research information to production team and creating external market reports
- Compile location information on target markets
- Research prospective clients to find appropriate contacts and company info
- Maintain ownership database and track loan maturities for business development
- Update and review CRM system and other required data sources to ensure accuracy of the information in the CRM
- Communicate professionally and serve as a liaison to clients, prospective investors, lenders, and government agencies (as needed)
- Identify developable land opportunities and source ownership contact information
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of strategic platform strategies and new business development; perform research and analysis to support those strategies
- Attend firm meetings and conduct ad hoc studies for management upon request
- Lead weekly pipeline meetings, proofread content, ensure appropriate branding, approve materials for final distribution, and monitor deadlines for project deliverables
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business or Finance preferred with concentration in real estate
- 1 – 2 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate or Finance
- Professional acumen, demonstrated interest in, and understanding of commercial real estate
- Proficiency with MS Office, advanced Excel skills, and exposure to financial modeling within Excel
- Writing experience: ability to communicate and create captivating original content for internal and external distribution
- Aptitude for quickly comprehending and inputting data
- Professionalism, drive, and eagerness to better CRE knowledge
- Adaptability and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a timely and thorough manner
- Ability to function in a team-oriented setting while working independently with limited day-to-day supervision
- Energetic self-starter who is flexible, organized, conscientious, proactive, and detail-oriented
- An individual who demonstrates a sense of personal accountability, urgency for achieving results, and desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment

- Compensation package to include base salary plus performance-based incentive bonus plan—details of both to be determined based upon candidate experience, skill level, and openly discussed during interviews.
