- 2+ years of Commercial Real Estate experience
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal and non-verbal (the ability to “read” people and anticipate unspoken needs is hard to teach, but very important in this business)

Core Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential buyers and sellers of multifamily properties in the local market
- Work with clients to identify their investment criteria and develop customized investment strategies
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to provide clients with detailed property evaluations, including income and expense projections, rent and market analysis, and investment returns
- Negotiate purchase and sale agreements on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, including legal, financing, and brokerage teams, to facilitate successful transactions
- Manage the due diligence process, including coordination of inspections, surveys, and title work
- Maintain a high level of market expertise and awareness of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Attend industry events and engage in networking activities to expand your professional network and generate new business opportunities
- Consistently demonstrate the application of company values in all business interactions
Compensation
