    POSITION SUMMARY

    As a Paid Media Specialist at Cardone Ventures, you will get to do more than just manage online advertisements. You will be responsible for ensuring paid media projects are successfully planned and executed while contributing to the growth of the company via paid media strategies.     The ideal Paid Media Specialist candidate will have at least one year of experience in Pay Per Click Advertising (PPC), strong written and verbal communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and more.

    PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

    • Ability to distill data and metrics into actionable insights that support clear recommendations
    • Demonstrated ability to seamlessly juggle many projects, always meeting deadlines, and exceeding client and team expectations. And yes, we’ll want to hear some examples.
    • Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
    • Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
    • Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
    • Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
    • Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media
    • Oversee and manage overall paid media budget
    • Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
    • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
    • Define metrics and analyze program success, track and forecast utilization growth and engagement
    • Utilize Hubspot CRM to create effective customer service and retention strategies for marketing programs
    • Oversee the preparation, interpretation and presentation of relevant analytic findings to key stakeholders
    • Perform beta tests on new initiatives to validate performance and establish standard operating procedures prior to company-wide roll out
    • Understand current and emerging trends in digital marketing, mobile marketing, and automation and make recommendations on key investments and innovations necessary within paid media to maintain a competitive advantage

    KEY COMPETENCIES:

    • Strong paid media strategy or planning experience with business vision and ability to link marketing strategy and results to business and financial goals
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities
    • Strong facilitation, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
    • Strong leadership skills, values collaboration and an inclusive work environment
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to quickly build effective working relationships with diverse customers, colleagues and vendors
    • Understanding of digital, traditional, social media and strategic marketing opportunities
    • Highly proficient with computers, Mac, Google G Suite, Hubspot and various marketing related technologies

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related area of study
    • 6+ years experience in marketing, sales and management
    • Minimum 2+ years of experience managing AdWords, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn campaigns
    • Current Google AdWords Certification

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

    Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
