Position Title: Care Coordinator Campus: All
Reports To: Cares Pastor Status: Part-time (24 hours)
Position Summary: The Care Coordinator is the administrative support of the care ministry across Central and is responsible for the administration of support groups and helping coordinate with the campus teams care needs such as memorials, weddings, visitations and care requests. This position offices at the Mesa Campus but supports all campuses.
This position is connected to the faith and ministry of the church and moves forward the vision of Central Christian Church.
Responsibilities:
Help identify, develop, and empower Care Teams on each campus to support the Care Ministry.
Work closely with Campus Admins and Campus Pastors to ensure that the vision set by the Care Pastor is carried out.
Work with the Care Pastor to ensure coordination and organization of all components of the Care Ministry.
Receive incoming care, visitation and memorial requests ensuring that they are well supported and handed to the appropriate person or team.
Work with families to set up meetings with pastors, create Memorial Cards and ensure appropriate planning is taking place for each memorial.
