Description: A Caregiver Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, marketing, hiring, organizing and managing a team of caregivers who provide assistance to individuals in need of care, such as elderly or disabled individuals. They oversee the scheduling of caregivers, ensure that the needs of clients are being met, and provide support and guidance to caregivers as needed. The Caregiver Coordinator also conducts assessments to determine the level of care required for each client and communicates with clients and their families to ensure that their care plans are being followed.
