    Key Responsibilities

    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of caregivers to provide top-tier care to our clients in Kalamazoo, MI.

    Develop and maintain personalized care plans, ensuring they meet client needs and preferences.

    Oversee and schedule daily caregiving activities, ensuring proper staff coverage and timely care delivery.

    Monitor caregiver performance, providing feedback, guidance, and training as necessary.

    Conduct regular assessments of client needs and caregiver performance, ensuring care plans are up-to-date.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for client families, addressing any questions, concerns, or updates.

    Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards.

    Maintain a high level of communication with caregivers, clients, and family members.

    Assist with the hiring and onboarding of new caregivers as needed.

    Promote a positive work environment and foster teamwork among staff.

    Qualifications

    At least 4+ years of experience in home care or a related caregiving field.

    Proven leadership or supervisory experience in caregiving or healthcare services.

    Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or relevant certification is preferred.

    Strong understanding of caregiving best practices, regulations, and care plan development.

    Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing the highest quality of care.

    Ability to problem-solve and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and care management software is a plus.
