Responsibilities:
Supervise and provide care to clients with various needs including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and daily living activities.
Lead and mentor other caregivers, ensuring consistent and quality care.
Monitor client health and report any changes to family or healthcare providers.
Assist with medication reminders and light housekeeping.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Ensure safety and comfort while maintaining a positive and respectful environment.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of caregiving experience (required).
Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
Ability to work independently and with a team of caregivers.
Reliable, punctual, and compassionate.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but not required).
Ability to pass background checks.
