We are hiring a Care Lead to oversee caregiving operations in Benton Harbor, MI. This role is ideal for experienced caregivers ready to take on leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Provide in-home care and cover open shifts as needed

Conduct caregiver interviews and assist with hiring

Perform client intakes and assess care needs

Conduct supervisory visits to ensure quality care standards

Requirements:

Previous caregiving or healthcare experience required

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Must be willing to travel within the service area

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

Ability to pass a background check
