Care Lead – $17/hr | Leadership Role | Niles, MI

We are seeking a Care Lead to oversee home care operations in Niles, MI. This role is ideal for experienced caregivers ready to take on leadership responsibilities, including covering shifts, conducting interviews, performing client intakes, and making supervisory visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and cover open shifts when needed

Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or healthcare leadership

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the area

Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
