Care Lead – $17/hr | Home Care Leadership | Benton Harbor, MI

We are seeking a Care Lead to help manage caregiver operations in Benton Harbor, MI. This position involves covering shifts, interviewing candidates, performing client intakes, and conducting supervisory visits.

What You’ll Do:

Step in to provide care and cover shifts when needed

Conduct interviews and assist in hiring caregivers

Perform client intakes and develop care plans

Visit client homes for supervisory check-ins

Support and mentor caregivers to ensure high-quality service

Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

Willing to travel within Benton Harbor and surrounding areas
