We are seeking a talented and motivated Care Representative and Field Educator to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care to our clients.

    About the Role: As a Care Representative and Field Educator, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and fostering strong relationships with referral sources, such as healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organizations. We are seeking someone who enjoys building relationships with referrers and families from within their community. You might be working in the health care sector as a social worker and looking to expand your horizons. We have a fantastic toolbox of resources that makes educating the community fun and easy. Your efforts will directly impact the success of our agency and, most importantly, the well-being of our clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing and potential referral sources by conducting regular visits, presentations, and networking events.
    2. Educate Referral Sources: Provide education and information about the services offered by Visiting Angels - San Fernando Valley And Orange County, emphasizing the value and benefits of our care solutions.
    3. Develop Educational Materials: Collaborate with the team to create educational materials, brochures, and presentations that effectively communicate the agency's services and capabilities.
    4. Track and Analyze Data: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and referral source performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    5. Generate and Qualify Leads: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media, and qualify them to ensure alignment with the agency's client criteria.
    6. Collaborate with the Care Team: Work closely with the care coordination team to ensure smooth transitions for new clients and provide ongoing support to maintain client satisfaction.
    7. Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of all interactions with referral sources, leads, and clients using our CRM system.

    You may be our ideal candidate if you have these qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in business, education, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred).

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Excellent presentation skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

    Reliable transportation for travel to various locations.
