Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - PRN - Vero Beach

Herr Foods is looking for a high energy and creative recruitment specialist to support the efforts of our Direct Store Delivery team who can leverage innovative recruitment skills to fill open positions, seek out methods to improve our recruiting process and help grow the Herr Foods brand. This position will work with our Human Resources Business Partner driving full cycle recruiting with a focus on timeliness of hires and quality of candidates sourced. They will also design and maintain our recruitment web portals, develop sourcing strategies for hiring, screen resumes, work with new hires during the onboarding process, and collaborate with our direct store delivery team to hire the best Route Sales People. Responsibilities include:
• Build long-term relationships with high potential candidates and turn leads into candidates.
o Communicate company values, culture, and benefits to candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a professional network internally and within the community.
o Foster partnerships with diversity sources and agencies.
• Maximize our recruitment tools and networking capabilities to creatively and effectively source and identify talent.
o Participate in and coordinate open houses and career fairs
o Create effective job advertisements that accurately reflect the value proposition for the position and attract top talent
o Develop recruitment strategies for posting jobs on our external and internal job boards
o Design and maintain career portals o Working with hiring manager to develop job specifications
• Review, assess, and provide feedback on candidate profiles and submit candidates that are located in multiple geographic locations.
o Conduct personalized interviews via phone, video, and/or in-person to qualify candidates for open positions
o Enthusiastically provide complete, accurate and motivating information to candidates about the company and position to build excitement about Herr Foods
• Coach hiring managers in best practice and interviewing techniques
o Update/conducting annual training sessions with local recruiting coordinators o Recommend additional testing criteria to improve current hiring practices
o Design and creation of interview guides
• Manage the offer process, including salary discussions, negotiations, reference checks, offer letter generation, and offer o Shepard candidates through the pre-hire and onboarding process
• Develop and maintain recruitment scorecards and analyze recruitment data as well as monitor employment trends
• Ensuring that the applicant tracking database (Silkroad) is maintained and updated as needed.
• Assisting with optimization of annual recruiting budget process.
• Identify difficult job vacancies, investigate and implement the best recruitment strategy
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
• Minimum of one year of recruiting experience required
• Demonstrated experience and ability to implement innovative recruiting methods
• Clear and effective communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
• Strong knowledge of social media recruiting
• Passion for recruiting a must
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint a plus
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience a plus
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently, Spanish is a plus

Required Skills Required Experience
TO BE A SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE:
Business or technical degree; or an equivalent combination of experience and education, (5 – 10 years). An advanced degree, ideally in a quantitative field, will be well regarded.
Accredited LSS Black Belt , Lean Sensei , and or Master Black Belt certification is a plus
Deep knowledge of culture change coupled with the relentless focus on details necessary to move companywide initiatives forward
Ability to diagnose organizational dynamics and deployment of actions via communications
Proven financial acumen, critical thinker with ability to provide an impartial, consultative and solutions oriented approach
