Yardi Support Specialist - Newport Beach, CA

A tier-1 commercial real estate firm is seeking a Yardi Systems Support Specialist to play a key role on their technology team. Reporting to the Director of Technology, the Yardi Systems Support Specialist will serve as the primary technical support specialist and administrator for the entire Yardi suite. Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical support and administrator for Yardi products, including Voyager, Commercial Cafe, ABF, and Elevate
• Perform data uploads (ETL, CSV, FTP Transfers) & data validations
• Assist with onboarding new properties and off-boarding sold properties
• Act as a liaison for internal inquires and manages special projects
• Assist accounting team with Advanced Budgeting and Forecasting in Yardi
• Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships across departments and teams
• Assist with 3rd party application integration with Yardi suite
• Assist with Yardi related projects, initiatives and implementations
• Assist the rest of the IT team with support for local business applications and equipment - laptops, printers, mobile devices, iPads, networking (wired and wireless), Outlook, Windows 10 etc.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with Yardi Voyager, including Administration and setup
• Bachelors degree preferred but not required
• Strategic, analytical, technical, and project management skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows applications
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Previous IT support experience
• Basic SQL, Alteryx, and/or Tableau experience preferred, not required
• Excellent communication skills and thrives in a team environment
