ESTATE MANAGER – UHNW FAMILY – LOS ANGELES, CA

An UHNW family is seeking a well-versed Estate Manager to join their large team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong vendor rolodex, and years of experience managing a full staff and large estate. This is a unique opportunity for someone extraordinary to join a fantastic and fast-paced team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage staff of full-time employees including scheduling and expenses.
• Directly report to principals insuring progress on all pending projects
• Manage, Interface & schedule vendors, seasonal maintenance, & continual upkeep to insure pristine conditions and compliance
• Liaise with Architects, Designers, Builders, Security, Landscapers, and Event planner
• Maintain gift logs, birthdays, holidays and events
• Help coordinate, plan and host events
• Establish routine preventative maintenance schedules, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly task schedules and special project need

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-10+ years of experience in an estate manager role
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• A bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five-plus years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
