ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our diverse team based in Warwick, RI is looking to hybridly add a proactive and motivated individual who will assist the team with the coordination of daily and weekly payroll processing and reporting for CSU clinicians. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are seeking an entry-level role in the staffing and recruiting industry and are detail-oriented and organized. Ready to grow? Join our team!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Coordinates the timely and accurate processing of daily and weekly payroll, including stipends and expenses. Ensures timecards are accurately entered into the payroll system
• Ensures payroll information accurately interfaces with the invoicing system
• Ensures that all applicable reports are generated and distributed as established
• Responds to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll matters
• Complies with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures including but not limited to those within the Compliance and Ethics Program, Standard/Code of Conduct, Federal False Claims Act, and HIPAA
• Participates in required orientations and training programs
• Promptly reports concerns and suspected incidences of non-compliance to supervisor, Compliance Liasion, or to the Compliance Officer via the Integrity Hotline
• Cooperate with monitoring and audit functions and investigations
• Participates, as requested, in quality assurance and process improvement activities
• 0% travel required

WHO YOU ARE:

You may be a good fit for this role if…

• YOU CURRENTLY LIVE WITHIN DRIVING DISTANCE OF OUR LOCAL OFFICE IN WARWICK, RI AND ARE ABLE TO OCCASIONALLY WORK ON-SITE (REQUIRED)
• You have 2-3 years of customer service experience (required)
• You have 1+ years of payroll experience (required)
• You’re skilled in customer service, compliance, administrative support, payroll, organization, time management, and communication
• You have a go-getter attitude and are ready for a fast-paced work environment
