    Job Description

    CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER/SPECIALIST $15-$18/hr depending on abilities and experience.

     20-30HRS/WEEK TO START. Can become full time with benefits after 3-6 months of good performance:

    The goal for this position is to have the worker become the go-to resource for all member-relations topics such as billing, notices, training tracking and coordinating, member event coordinating, member newsletter, among other tasks. A successful CRM is a team-member who can tenaciously take ownership of the department and immerse themselves in all responsibilities of the job, while showcasing all the fun ways members enjoy CBC. 

    The ideal candidate is very organized, extremely personable, and is not afraid to assertively communicate with people on a wide range of topics including conflict resolution and management. 

     

    Some key responsibilities of this role are:

    • Assist members and prospective members  on inbound requests via phone, text, and email professionally and efficiently. 

    •  Keep track of Dockside purchases including fuel and other fee in an internal spreadsheet, and make sure appropriate customers are billed in a timely manner

    •  Notify members of any damages found post-outing and email members appropriate documents and procedures

      • Incident reports, and pictures
    • Responsible for boat outage communication with members

      • As boats go down or break, changes made to reservations and plans are to be communicated with guests

      • Responsible for making alternate arrangements.

    •  Send all welcome packages to new members and serve as the onboarding specialist for new members

      •  This includes welcoming members to the club

      •  scheduling training sessions and tracking progress through training curriculum

      •  Assisting in getting them signed up on internal system ResNet

    • Audit and ensure “next day” reservations are being confirmed by staff and reporting it completed

      1. Have a float plan for all outings (approximate)

      2. Confirm boat prep and equipment, carts etc

    • Announce, plan, and execute member socials and open houses

    • Serve as a greeter and host limited club tours

    • Author and schedule social media posts with rich video and photo content

    • Manage club facebook group

    • Author and distribute monthly newsletter with feedback from club managers

    • Respond to all online review platforms and manage review platform accounts.
