    Responsibilities:

    Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, bathing, grooming, and linen changes.

    Prepare nutritious meals according to client dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary.

    Safely assist with transfers, ambulation, and exercises as outlined in the client's Plan of Care.

    Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable home environment.

    Ensure client safety by properly using and maintaining all equipment.

    Accurately document client care and complete all assigned tasks.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience (agency, private duty, facility, or paid setting).

    Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

    Current First Aid and CPR certification.

    Negative TB test results.

    Georgia state CNA license or PCA certification (or willingness to obtain PCA certification).

    Three professional/personal references.
