Key Responsibilities:

Provide non-medical personal care to clients in their homes, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and medication reminders.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Help clients with mobility, transfers, and light exercise.

Observe and report any changes in the client's condition to the care team or supervisor.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client care records.

Follow care plans as directed by the supervisor or healthcare team.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a caregiver or in a similar is required.

Compassionate, empathetic, and dependable.

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Must have reliable transportation.

Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility, as needed.

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
