Your Responsibilities:

Provide Care and Comfort – Assist clients with personal tasks like mobility, bathing, dressing, and toileting, as well as light housekeeping and meal preparation.

Support Client Independence – Help clients maintain their daily routines in a safe, comfortable home environment.

Be a Companion – Build meaningful relationships through kindness, patience, and understanding, enriching clients’ daily lives.

Monitor and Report – Observe clients’ conditions and communicate any changes or concerns to the office to ensure they receive the best care.

Communicate with our Team – Collaborate with our office staff to coordinate personalized care plans tailored to each client’s needs

Requirements:

A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license and/or valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification

CPR certification (classroom-based)

Proof of completion for required Florida trainings: HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer’s and Related Dementias, and Assistance with Self Administration of Medication

Reliable transportation to client homes

Strong communication skills and adaptability to meet diverse client needs

Comfort working in clients' homes (pet friendly is preferred)
