Job Summary

We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping, medication administration, charting, cooking, active treatment and other tasks that improve the client’s living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing

Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises

Prepare meals and snacks

Light housekeeping activities

Medication Administration

Provide companionship

Assist with errands and shopping

Charting

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred

First aid and CPR certified

Fingerprinting through Ca DOJ

Current physical and T.B. test

Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills

Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines

Excellent communication and interpersonal spills

Ability to lift up to 50lbs
