Position Summary:
We are seeking a Home Health Aide who is dedicated, reliable, and ready to make a meaningful impact. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to our clients on an as-needed basis. This flexible role allows you to work around your schedule while making a significant difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate care and assistance to clients in their daily activities
Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions
Adhere to all safety and health regulations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field preferred
Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with clients
Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, including weekends and holidays
Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license
