Job Summary:
The Caregiver provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with their established plan of care within the clients’ homes.
Responsibilities can include, but not limited to:
Housekeeping
Meal preparation
Transportation
Companionship
Personal Hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing)
Memory Care
Communicate professionally with families and your team
Qualifications:
Reliable Vehicle, Valid Driver's License, and Auto Insurance along with a clean driving record
Prior home care experience is a plus
Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
