Job Summary

We are seeking a Caregiver/HHA to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping and errands, medication reminders, meal prepping, and other tasks that improve the client’s living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, reliable and able to work without constant redirection.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing

Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises

Prepare meals and snacks

Light housekeeping activities

medication reminder

Provide companionship

Assist with errands and shopping if needed

Qualifications

At lease 1 year of Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred

First aid and CPR-certified ARC, AHA, HSI

Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills

Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines, such as washing hands

Excellent communication and interpersonal spills

Able to Read, Write, and Count

Ability to lift heaving objects, if needed

Compassionate, respectful, ethical

Must pass a criminal background check
