Job Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and report any discrepancies.
• Hands-On patient care, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with patient transfers when necessary, utilizing proper body mechanics.
• Offer care for individuals with dementia or memory Maintain a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Deliver care in various environments, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or private residences.

Job Requirements

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Current or willingness to complete Hands-On CPR Certification (we offer a $60 course)

Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Auto Insurance

Ability to drive a client as requested

Current or willingness to complete a Level 2 Background Check

Current or willingness to complete a TB Test Results (or provide copy w/in the last 6 months)
