Job title: Caregiver – Residential Care Facility for the Elderly

Job Type: Full-time and part-time

About Us:

At our facility, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care for our elderly residents. Our team is committed to creating a warm, safe, and supportive environment where seniors feel at home. We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Caregiver.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Provide mobility support and help residents move safely around the facility.

Assist with meal preparation, feeding, monitoring dietary needs, and cleanup.

Offer companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities.

Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior to medical staff.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.

Follow all facility policies, procedures, and state regulations regarding elderly care.

Ability to lift and support residents as needed.

Communicate with manager regarding resident and house needs and updates.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years old or older.

Previous experience in caregiving preferred.

Ability to pass a background check, as well as a TB test

CPR certified or willingness to obtain

Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to elderly care.
