We are looking to hire a core member of our Caregiver Agency's team, a Route caregiver. This position has 40 guaranteed hours weekly and rather than taking place in our clients homes, will take place in a facility in Anthem.

Schedule:

40 GUARANTEED weekly hours

5 set days a week. One weekend day may be required.

Notes:

Care needs are low to high

Ambulation assist

Hoyer lifts

Personal care

Memory care

Qualifications:

Active CNA certification

Recent TB or Chest X-ray

Current CPR

Reliable transportation

Minimum of one-year professional experience working with seniors.

This caregiver will need to be confident working with all types of client needs such as bathing, toileting, ambulation, assistive transfer devices such as Hoyer lifts and gait belts, transportation to the store or pharmacy, and assisting with bedbound/Hospice care

Pay: $17.35 to $22.35 (depending on experience)
