Job Title: Caregiver / Home Health Aide

Location: Chattanooga/Hamilton County

Job Type: Part-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and reliable caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver, you will assist individuals who need help with their daily living activities. Your role will be essential in providing comfort and improving the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene

Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs

Help with mobility, including transferring, walking, or using a wheelchair

Provide medication reminders and assist with light housekeeping

Offer companionship and emotional support

Assist with transportation to appointments or errands

Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the care coordinator or supervisor

Follow care plans tailored to each client’s individual needs

Requirements:

Previous caregiving experience preferred

Reliable transportation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, patient, and attentive to client needs

Ability to work flexible hours

Must be 18 yrs old or older

Must be able to pass a national background check

Must be on time and have good attendance
