    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Care Lead to join our team in Kalamazoo, MI. As a Care Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing caregiving staff, conducting supervisory visits, and ensuring that all care plans are executed to the highest standards.     Key Responsibilities

    Supervise Caregivers: Conduct regular supervisory visits to monitor the performance of caregivers and ensure that clients are receiving excellent care.

    Travel Requirements: Travel within a 1.5-hour radius of Kalamazoo to visit clients and provide on-site leadership and support.

    Care Plan Oversight: Ensure that all care plans are followed correctly, updating them as necessary to meet the evolving needs of clients.

    Training & Support: Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to caregiving staff to promote professional development and client satisfaction.

    Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure satisfaction with services.

    Compliance: Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

    Qualifications

    Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare leadership is preferred.

    Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    Ability to travel within a 1.5-hour radius of Kalamazoo, MI.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
