Job Summary

We are seeking an entry level Human Resources Recruiter to join our team! As our Human Resources Recruiter, you will source, recruit, maintain and onboard candidates. Reports to the Director. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Recruitment and Selection:

Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions.

Conduct background checks and reference checks.

Coordinate and schedule and execute interviews.

Candidate Management:

Maintain candidate databases and track applicant status.

Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Provide a positive candidate experience and address candidate inquiries promptly.

Onboarding:

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducing orientation sessions.

Ensure new employees complete all necessary pre-employment requirements.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Stay updated on changes in HR laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Experience working in a Human Resources environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, Paycom, Workday, etc.

Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated ability be apart of a team

Basic knowledge of the recruiting responsibilities

Potential Schedule: Monday through Friday 5 hours per day This position may convert to full time within the next 3 to 6 months
