The primary location will be based out of our Bound Brook, NJ offices. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
JOB TITLE: EVALUATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

Primary Job Duties
· Intake of new evaluation requests via email and Ordering Portal.
· Verification of client supplied documentation and foreign beneficiary qualification.
· Follow up for any additional documentation for completing the evaluation.
· Provide preliminary opinion to clients upon review of documentation.
· Follow-up with clients and confirm the requests.
· Ensure the confirmed cases and supporting documents are assigned to the experts on the portal.
· Work with team members and experts to accomplish smooth delivery of evaluations.
· Respond to clients for any revision requests and coordinate with team members to address the revision.
· Interaction and coordination with clients, attorneys, experts when applicable
· Content research and assist with draft reports/evaluations whenever need be.
· Collaborate with the management team to improve customer retention and service delivery.
· Maintain relationships with existing clients and seek measures for improvement.
· Collaborate with management team to develop strategies for enhancing market share.
· Contribute towards marketing efforts and work with management & team members.
· Stay tuned with industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
· Attend industry trade shows, conferences, meetings, and events when need be.
· Diligently work with Accounts department for accounts receivables.
· Protect organization's identity by keeping information confidential.
· Any additional tasks assigned by management related to evaluations or intake.
