Job Description Carolina Crawlspace Pros is a local Veteran owned company with over 25 years experience in the home improvement industry. We are a growing company with rave reviews and are looking for hardworking, dedicated crawl space install technicians who can uphold our high standards for customer satisfaction. We are looking for installers who pay attention to details for installing and completing projects to address water and moisture issues in crawl spaces and basements. Your role: - Have reliable transportation to get to and from job sites in the Charlotte and surrounding areas - Install jobs with efficiency and quality - Install each job using company trained methods - Work in a team of 1-3 installers - Have a good attitude, dedicated and hardworking - To be open and willing to learn and be trained in our standards - To be on time - Authorized to work in the United States Skills/Responsibilities: - Previous crawl space encapsulation experience a plus (installing french drains, sump pumps, vapor barriers, dehumidifiers) - General construction knowledge - Valid driver's license - Detail oriented - Communicate to the office manager or operations manager - Ability to lift 50 pounds - Ability to work in tight/dirty spaces - Leave jobsite clean with no damage to customer's property - Stay on task and complete jobs sometimes with minimal supervision Job description: - Remove and replace insulation - Digging and installing drain systems - Encapsulation of crawl spaces - Install dehumidifiers - Occasional drainage systems installed on exterior of homes This is not a full list of all job responsibilities. It is a physically demanding job of crawling, moving materials and constant movement all day. Those who qualify will be paid based on experience. Crawl space experience is a plus but we are looking for people with overall knowledge of building/contracting. We are willing to train the right person. Spanish speaking/bi-lingual applicants welcome.
