A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Carpenter to help them deliver top-quality construction solutions. You'll play a key role in building, installing, and maintaining wooden structures and fixtures, ensuring their projects meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety at their NAPA location.

Your Day Includes

• Execute wood framing, drywall installation, and detailed carpentry for high-quality custom residential projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents for accurate execution.
• Manage field staff to ensure timely project completion.
• Oversee the installation of custom fixtures, doors, and windows for high-end residences.
• Inspect and repair existing frameworks and structures to meet luxury residential standard

Must Haves

• 1-3 years of experience as a Carpenter, preferably in a high-end residential setting
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights up to 30 feet
• High school diploma or equivalent
