You’ll follow the project manager’s direction to help construct and maintain a variety of long-lasting buildings and products. Responsibilities: • Confirm flooring, roofing, and drywall are level and compatible • Conduct inspections, maintenance, and fix structures • Quantify, shape, cut, and smooth carpentry materials • Review blueprints and sketches to understand requirements • Fabricate rafters, partitions, stairways, and window and door frames • As a Carpenter Foreman, you'll lead a small crew (3–4 people) on residential remodeling projects. • You’ll balance hands-on work with project coordination, ensuring jobs run smoothly, stay on budget, and meet our high standards. • From organizing tasks, maintaining timelines, working with subcontractors, and solving on-site challenges, you’ll be the go-to person making it all happen. Qualifications: • Driver’s license required • Strong physical condition and excellent hand dexterity • Precise measuring and math skills are required • A high school diploma or GED is preferred • In-depth knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques You’re a natural leader with a strong work ethic and a sharp eye for detail. You take initiative, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a collaborative setting. • Proven experience in carpentry • Solid understanding of construction processes, tools, and safety standards • Strong communication and leadership skills Compensation: $60,000 - $62,000 yearly
