    Job Position Description:

    With a ‘One Team’ mentality, perform job assignments ( drywall, paint, Insulation, Finish Trim, minor framing, minor electrical, Minor plumbing, and Minor roofing repairs as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Coordinate jobs with the production manager to determine what aspects will be produced by this job role which would consist of small to medium size restoration projects . This role will consist of Keeping the General/Operations Manager, and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements, completing job files, and monitoring jobs from start to finish. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate.     Responsibilities:

    Must be able to physically perform the duties of installing drywall, trim, doors and jams, minor plumbing ( Example installing a faucet or toilet) minor electrical ( example Detach and reset a light fixture or swapping out a light switch) , minor cabinetry work example ( detach and reset base or wall cabinet on it reinstalling it or shoring up or supporting a countertop )

    Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand

    Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers’ needs

    Identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence

    Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/Owner

    Leaving job sites with an orderly appearance and following uniform and policy guidelines

    Communicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively

    Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard

    Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor, and fellow technicians

    Qualifications:

    Experience in equipment, asset and financial management

    Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on-site and while traveling

    Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating ‘the message’

    Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growth

    Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates
