We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Foreman to join our team in training to become a Foreman in our elevator cab manufacturing facility. The right candidate will demonstrate their ability to lead others while managing project deadlines. This role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Skills • Finish carpentry experience a plus. • Welding experience a plus • Knowledge of elevator cab interiors a plus. • Must show ability to do the following: o Fabricate and assemble various materials including but not limited to wood, metal, glass and stone. o Read drawings. o Inspect raw materials as part of our quality control protocols. o Follow and enforce safety guidelines. o Fabricate raised removable panels independently. o Assemble metal binders, angles and bars on panels consisting of various materials independently. o Troubleshoot production drawing issues independently. o Manage and train multiple employees.
