Responsibilities: • Perform carpentry work in one or more specialized areas (framing, siding, decks, trim, cabinetry, etc.) • Work independently or lead a crew to complete projects efficiently and to high standards • Follow project plans, building codes, and safety regulations • Maintain professionalism when interacting with clients and team members • Supply your own tools and transportation • Meet deadlines and quality standards set by Birch Craft Construction Qualifications: • Skilled in one or more areas of carpentry (framing, siding, decking, trim, cabinetry, etc.) • Proven experience in the trade with references or a portfolio preferred • Ability to work independently and efficiently or lead a crew when needed • Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with clients and team members • Reliable transportation and own set of tools • Understanding of job site safety, building codes, and quality workmanship • Proper licensing and insurance (if required) • Ability to problem-solve and adapt to different project requirements Compensation: $70,000
