We are looking for talented carpenters that have experience with both framing and trim work who also possess a great attitude. You will be working outdoors alongside a team of carpenters to build unique, quality outdoor structures from the ground up while also providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: • Plan and complete daily construction/carpentry tasks to work efficiently toward project completion. • Work with others as a valuable team member following construction processes and overcoming challenges in a professional manner as they occur. • Help maintain a safe and clean job site. Qualifications: • 3 years of framing experience (floors, walls, stairs, and roofs). • 3 years of finish experience (crown molding, flooring, railings, and general trim work). • Experience building decks and porches is a plus. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints/building plans. • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. • Valid driver's license with no restrictions. • Able to and reliably work outdoors year-round using physical labor and mental awareness. • Positive attitude and ability to work with others in a professional manner. • Proven safety record involving tool usage, material handling, and construction processes. Compensation: $25 - $28 hourly
