Top Gunn Family construction us seeking skilled and experienced Carpenters to join our team. This role involves hands-on work on a variety of renovation projects, including decks, basements, kitchen updates, bathroom remodels, and full interior reconfigurations. Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures across residential properties
• Build and renovate decks, including framing, stairs, railing systems, and flooring
• Perform kitchen and bathroom remodels: cabinetry, trim, tiling, backsplashes, and fixture installs
• Finish basement renovations, including framing, drywall, and custom features
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans
• Ensure work is level, square, and aligned with codes and quality standards
• Operate power and hand tools safely and effectively
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades
• Maintain clean and organized job sites

Requirements

• 3+ years of carpentry/remodeling experience
• Proficiency with all stages of framing, finish work, and installation tasks
• Familiarity with local building codes and residential construction best practices
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites a must
• Must supply basic tools; specialty equipment provided as needed
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a professional attitude
