Job Summary

We are seeking a talented LEAD Carpenter with 7 plus years of experience to join our team! In this role, you will construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard using the carpenter’s hand and power tools. We do Restoration and Remodeling. The ideal candidate is hard-working and dedicated to producing quality work making customers happy. If you are an experienced Carpenter with a positive attitude, and good with working with the public, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Follow all safety rules and regulations

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine construction requirements and materials needed

Construct wood structures including framing, joists, and rafters

Install fixtures and materials such as windows, flooring, trim, and hardware

Interact with customers, suppliers, and other construction professionals

Must start at office and finish the day at the office.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience as a LEAD Carpenter is a MUST

Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements

Ability to read and take action

Ability to safely operate hand and power carpentry tools

Knowledge of building regulations and codes

Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects

Valid Drivers License
