JOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: We are looking to onboard a new Administrative Assistant to coordinate daily tasks and responsibilities for our trial attorneys. The employee will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the department. This position requires an enormous amount of follow-up and coordination; an ideal candidate will be a well-organized individual, possessing keen attention to detail and capabilities of adapting to fast-paced work environments.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: This position does not have any direct reports.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday; hours may be modified, but typically start from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, based on an eight-hour workday. Position may also require extra work hours (overtime); schedule may be adjusted according to our operational needs.
