We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to assist our Managers with bringing new members to the studio and membership sales. The Customer Service Associate also assists with retaining current members and will work the front desk to check members into classes, answer questions, clean the studio, retail sales, etc. We are looking for a high energy individual who is driven to earn bonuses for signing up new members. We are located at 4 Clarkson Wilson Center near Marquette HS.
REQUIREMENTS:
Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
Previous sales experience preferred
Must have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
Must have proficient computer skills and the ability to learn and use our software system
College degree preferred but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Managers with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
Book and confirm intro classes
Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting an individual propect’s needs and wants
Maintain a high level of personal sales production
Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
Present available services to current or prospective members
Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes
Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio
Ensure the studio is clean and tidy, clean ergometers between classes
Other duties as assigned
