REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR (FLORIDA LICENSE) (CAN BE REMOTE!)

For over 40 years, Carter and Clark is the largest nationwide surveying company providing builder services surveying to production home builders.  We help builders build houses faster and more profitably. 

We have an immediate opening for a Florida Registered Land Surveyor.  LSIT with Florida Boundary resolution experience will be considered. This position can be remote or work in our Duluth, GA office.  This position requires strong surveying skills and the ability to problem solve effectively. We pay for college and additional training as well as provide opportunities for rapid advancement, including additional professional licensing and management career paths.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Work with our team of licensed surveyors reviewing and sealing builder services surveys such as plot plans, form surveys, final surveys and elevation certificates.
• 5 years + surveying experience required.
• Calculating and resolving boundaries when needed.
• Improving processes and quality control.
• Ability to communicate with clients.
• Flexible teamplayer.
• Licensed in the state of Florida.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Office CAD work for Boundary resolution. (Preferred experience in FL)
• Processing surveying data knowledge
• Deed/Plat research experience
• FL RLS license, LSIT with FL experience
• Ability to sit and focus for long periods of time.
• Computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Position is located at Corporate Headquarters in Duluth, Ga.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year based on experience and licenses held.
