Nurse Advocate / Patient Support Specialist

Are you passionate about making a real difference in patients' lives? As a Nurse Advocate, you’ll guide patients through their treatment journey, helping them navigate the emotional and financial challenges they face. This role is your chance to be the key support patients rely on from the moment they enroll in our program until they successfully complete their therapy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serve as a consistent resource throughout the continuum of care, identifying and helping patients overcome barriers to therapy.
• Educate patients on their prescribed therapy, including proper administration, benefits, and side effects.
• Liaise with insurance companies to determine coverage and assist patients with financial planning.
• Empower patients to take charge of their care by connecting them to additional support resources.
• Ensure timely reporting of Adverse Events/Product Complaints per SOP.

About You:

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Indiana or Kentucky.
• Experienced in educating and managing patients with chronic conditions.
• Adaptable to changing work assignments and schedules.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
