Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our life insurance team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in life insurance who is adept at managing client cases efficiently and with the utmost professionalism. The Case Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client case processing, from initial application to policy issuance, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and internal stakeholders alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end case management process, including applications, underwriting, and final policy issuance.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, agents, and underwriters, managing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Review and validate all documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and track case progress within the company's database, providing updates to clients and internal teams as needed.
- Collaborate with underwriting and compliance teams to address any documentation or underwriting requirements.
- Identify potential delays or challenges in the case process and proactively work to resolve them.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the life insurance industry, with a focus on case management or a related role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to handle multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients, agents, and internal teams.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Proficiency with database management and case tracking software is preferred.
