About the Role:

New Gig Solutions is partnering with a dynamic and reputable financial services firm in Monrovia, CA to find an experienced Case Manager – Life Insurance. This is a 100% onsite position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients and advisors.

As a Case Manager, you will be the engine behind the life insurance process—coordinating between advisors, clients, carriers, and underwriters to ensure policies are efficiently submitted, tracked, and issued. Your organizational skills and insurance expertise will play a key role in supporting the firm’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full life insurance application process from initial submission through policy issue

• Serve as the main point of contact for advisors, clients, and insurance carriers

• Prepare and submit applications via electronic platforms (e.g., iPipeline, carrier-specific systems)

• Track underwriting requirements, order medical exams and APS reports, and follow up as needed

• Communicate case updates and resolve any issues quickly and professionally

• Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with industry and carrier standards

• Stay informed on changes in underwriting guidelines, product updates, and carrier processes

• Support internal process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 2–3+ years of life insurance case management or underwriting support experience

• Solid understanding of life insurance products and the application/underwriting process

• Proficiency with insurance software platforms (e.g., iPipeline, WinFlex) and CRM systems

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment

• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; industry certifications a plus (e.g., LOMA, ALU)
