Megeredchian Law is a personal injury law firm located in Burbank, CA. We specialize in car accident cases and are currently seeking a qualified applicant to fill the Case Manager position in our Pre-Litigation Department..

Responsibilities:

Serve as main point of contact for car accident clients.

Set up medical appointments.

Handle property damage claims from A-Z.

Monitor case expenses and maintain accurate records for billing purposes.

Qualifications:

Minimum one year of experience working in a personal injury law firm as a Case Manager.

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Great customer service skills. Friendly on the phone and in person.

Strong knowledge of personal injury law and medical terminology. Must understand how to manage a case properly by understanding medical terminology, MRIs, orthopedics and pain management.
