Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide assistance to clients tin the completion of their medical treatment. You will communicate with clients, gather bills and records, and prepare demands. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients and doctor's offices

Prepare demands

Ensure that case-related documents such as client's bills and records are well organized and available for review

Record important information

Maintain and update documentation

Provide general administrative support

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Case Manager is required

Familiarity with personal injury legal procedures and terminology

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized with document management experience

Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
